Bosnia Vacation

As some might know, I had the fortunate opportunity to visit Bosnia. Below are a couple of still shots I took while I was there. I'll be posting more soon.

This an apartment building next to the Sarajevo. Air Field. As you can see the Bosnians are still occupying them as homes.

This is another shot around the Air Field. They are still De-Mining the area today. It's hard enough to watch a small child but could you imagine watching them to make sure they don't leave a hard surface?

This is the old Bob Sled run used in the 1984 Winter Olympics. As you can tell the Serbs found a better use for it during the war. (Natural shield)

This is the finish line to the down hill run used in the 1984 Winter Olympics. Oh, And that's me the cool dude in front of it.

This is the old Sarajevo. Press House. The only thing left standing after the War was the middle elevator shaft. Can you believe that this news paper company only missed one day of publishing the daily paper throughout the whole war? "Dedication"

Here's a  distant mountain view of Sarajevo. It's actually a very beautiful country.
